This Web site (real-exposure.com) is an online resource service operated by John Shum dba Real Exposure Photography. Real-exposure.com offers users information services, photographs, and content provided by John Shum and affiliated photographers.

User Agreement. In order to protect the interests of all of our users, as well as those of our information providers, we ask that you abide by the following rules. By using www.real-exposure.com (the “Service”), you hereby agree to be bound by all of the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “TOS”).

Copyright Notice and Limitations on Use. All of the information, photographs, content and services (collectively, the “Content”) within this Service are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Content is owned by Real Exposure Photography and its affiliated photographers, companies, licensors and suppliers. The Content is intended for personal use only. While you may interact with or download a single copy of any portion of the Content for your personal, noncommercial entertainment, information or use, you may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, modify, display, repost or otherwise use any portion of the Content in any other way or for any other purpose without the written consent of Real Exposure Photography. Requests regarding use of the Content for any purpose other than personal, noncommercial use should be directed to Permissions, Real Exposure Photography, 1488 Harrison Street Suite 201, San Francisco, CA 94103.

If you operate a Web site and wish to link to the Service, you must link to the Service’s home page unless permission otherwise has been granted in writing by Real Exposure Photography Permissions. Real Exposure Photography reserves the right to reject or terminate any links to the Content or the Service.

Access to the Service. You agree that you will not: (a) use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy web pages or the Content contained in the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior expressed written permission; (b) use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service and the Real-exposure.com web site; and (c) take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Real-exposure.com's hardware and software infrastructure.

Real-exposure.com Disclaimer: Photographers found on Real-exposure.com, other than John Shum and Karen Nepacena, are independent contractors and do not represent Real Exposure Photography. Customers choosing an independent photographer for their wedding will be engaged in contracts between the independent photographer and themselves and shall release all liability from Real Exposure Photography. The information on independent photographers provided in this Service is supplied by the respective photographers and Real Exposure Photography cannot and do not verify or warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information or the quality or expectations of their performance. Real-exposure.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any error or omission in any portion of the Service or materials. 

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You hereby agree that any cause of action you may have with respect to the Service must be filed in the federal or state courts located in Suffolk County, MA., within one year after the cause of action arises or the cause is barred.
